The list of standard fees are on the practice doors. In general, private patients will be charged slightly below AMA fees and pensioners and concession card holders charged a reduced concession rate. We would ask that all accounts be settled on the day of consultation. If an account is required, an account fee of $10 will be added. Our practice will accept cash and most credit card payments.

Our software allows for on the spot processing through Medicare and in most cases, if you have provided Medicare with your bank details, the rebate will be back in your bank account within 24 hours. We also have Hicaps available and can process most private health fund claims for consultations.

Patients who claim workers compensation will need to provide details of their employer, employers address, insurance company name and claim number. Please note that these accounts are still the responsibility of the patient until paid. If a workers compensation account remains unpaid after 6 months, settlement of the account will be required by the patient.
