Our Services

Our aim is to always be able to offer appointments to patients of the practice. Please call (02) 4332 6411 between the hours of 8.30am and 6.00pm and every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time with your usual doctor. Our reception team are trained to prioritise medical requirements in a timely manner. A single consultation is 15 minutes but please let our reception know if you would like an extended visit.

Alternatively, if your appointment is not urgent and you are an existing patient of the practice, you can book using our online booking app via your phone or this website.

At Bateau Bay Medical Centre our focus is on comprehensive patient-centred care.  Our doctors always try to run on time however emergencies can occur which require immediate attention. To minimise wait times, you can help us by:

• Asking for a longer appointment if you have multiple problems or a mental health issue to discuss.
• Booking a long appointment if you have not seen your GP in over 12 months.
• Arriving for your appointment before time to allow for parking and check in.
• Letting us know if your appointment is no longer required.
