Booking Online Appointments – Existing and New Patients

Our online booking system is available for existing and new patients of the clinic.

New patients are very welcome to register both as a new patient and for online appointments, travel appointments cannot be made online. Once this has been completed you are able to book a standard appointment online. When you visit the clinic for the first time please see reception who will arrange a further appointment with the nurse to take additional clinical information. Our clinic is not a bulk billing practice and patients are expected to pay on the day of the appointment.

Existing patients need to register for online appointments on the web site. Parents can register family members under their personal account holder log in.

All registration fields are mandatory for the person registering as the account holder, if you don’t have for example a mobile number or Medicare card the online system will not allow the registration to be completed.

You can register a family member under the account holder by providing name, date of birth, gender and Medicare number. However any notification will be sent to the mobile and email address of the account holder.

Log in to make an appointment, select the time and doctor. The selected doctor will appear, select the family member by clicking on the drop down arrow on the right hand side. Remember to log out after making the appointment.

An email will be sent either confirming the appointment or advising that appointment is no longer available shortly after you have logged out of the system. It is important to check your emails before setting out for you expected appointment.

Online bookings are for standard appointments and routine consultations. (Single appointment time is 10 minutes). Any other type of appointment including travel should be made by ringing reception.

If you require a longer consultation, or it involves a health assessment, management of a chronic condition or a more detailed consultation type, our reception staff are willing to help via a phone booking – call 51761933 between 8.30 a.m. and 6.45 p.m. Monday to Wednesday and 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.

Online bookings are not suitable for life-threatening emergencies, please ring Triple Zero (000) for an Ambulance.

If circumstances change and you need to cancel an appointment, an online appointment can be cancelled online by logging in and following the prompts.

Appointments previously made by phone can only be cancelled by ringing the clinic or going to the Services Tab and look for the appointment cancellation option under Online Services.

Please give sufficient notice so that we can re-book your appointment time for another patient.
